Welcome to the Mundane Greatness
Coaching Program
A 12-month, private, email-only coaching experience with Dr. Jordan Bowen
For small business owners, service professionals, and blue-collar hearts who’ve found themselves working white-collar jobs (is this you?), who want to build a business that works without selling out or burning out.
Before We Begin, Three Questions For You
1. Do you ever walk into a room full of “successful professionals” and feel like you’ve wandered into the wrong meeting?
You’ve got the qualifications, the experience, the clients, and the track record, but it doesn’t always feel like you belong. You listen to the conversations and you watch how people behave … and you realize you’d rather be at the kitchen table drinking coffee with someone real than at a rooftop mixer talking strategy with people who wouldn’t last ten minutes in your shoes.
You weren’t raised to chase attention. Not you. You were raised to show up, tell the truth, do your job, and go home proud. But somewhere along the way, with all the learning and networking and studying, that started feeling like the wrong way to do business.
But you were right all along: it’s not the wrong way. It’s just not the loudest. Or the flashiest. And although some people might try to make you feel that you’re missing out if you don’t have the latest shiny thing, you know in your heart that’s just not true.
2. Are you carrying the whole load and wondering when it gets easier?
You do everything, don’t you? You answer the phones, you sweep the floors, you fix what breaks, and you still find time to take care of clients who count on you, family who depend on you, and friends who know they can call when they’re in a jam.
You show up every day to get the work done and keep the lights on. You take care of the people around you, you pay the bills and look after your family, and you still have time for church on Sunday.
But deep down, you’re tired. Tired of feeling behind, tired of solving every problem yourself, tired of wondering if there’s more to this than just grinding it out forever. You know you’re capable of more, but you’re not sure how to find your way there without burning everything else down. Sometimes, you even feel like there might be something wrong with you because other people seem to have it all together.
And that tension is what this coaching program is designed to dissolve.
3. Do you believe in steady, solid progress?
You’re not here for the gimmicks or the glory or chasing the shiny things. You believe in showing up, doing the small things well, and letting time do its job. You want growth that feels honest, success that feels earned, and a business that still feels like yours when you get to the other side.
If you answered “yes” to these three questions, then Mundane Greatness was designed just for you.
Who am I?
My name’s Jordan Bowen, and I’m a chiropractor by trade, but that’s only part of the story.
I live in a small town near the edge of nowhere, where life moves a little slower and people still wave when they pass you on the road. You can even see a horse and buggy or a tractor going down Main Street. I run a practice where folks come in for more than just an adjustment. They come to feel heard, seen, and looked after. I take that responsibility seriously, and I do my best to meet them where they are. There’s no fluff, just honest work.
Outside the clinic, I spend most of my time with my family. We live on a little homestead with some animals, a garden, and just enough land to keep us busy and grateful. I find peace in the quiet work: fixing fences, tending to what needs tending, and ending the day with a meal and a good view of the woods, bald eagles and deer.
I’ve always felt drawn to the outdoors. I spend a lot of time in my Jeep, exploring back roads and connecting with a community of folks who appreciate the same kind of simple, honest adventure I do. There's something about getting out into the wild that helps me come back clearer, steadier, and more grounded.
I’m not flashy, and I’m not trying to be. I believe in hard work, strong values, and taking care of the people around me. That’s how I was raised, and that’s how I’ve tried to live.
This coaching isn’t about being impressive. It’s about helping people find their footing, get clear on what matters, and build something solid without losing who they are along the way.
If that sounds like something you’ve been looking for, I’d be glad to walk alongside you.
What is Mundane Greatness?
This is one-on-one coaching, delivered by email, once a week, for a full year. That’s it. No Zoom calls, no group chats, no forums, no forced community. Just clear guidance and steady progress, right there in your inbox.
Each week, I’ll send you a personal coaching email. Not a newsletter, not a lesson, not a template. A real email, written just for you, with thoughts about where you’re at, what you need to focus on, and what comes next.
You’ll write back with a ten-minute check-in: what’s working, what’s stuck, what’s on your mind, and I’ll reply with thoughts, direction, encouragement, or clarity. Some weeks it’ll feel like therapy. Some weeks it’ll feel like a strategy session. Every week, it’ll feel like someone’s in your corner.
This is a private rhythm, between just you and me, with no performance pressure, no fake deadlines, and no pretending to be someone you’re not.
What life feels like before Mundane Greatness
Most people who sign up are doing okay on the outside but feeling overwhelmed on the inside. You’ve got clients, income, a calendar that’s too full, and a business that’s working … but not working well.
You’re reactive, scattered, always one dropped ball away from something falling apart. You've tried fixing things with courses and workshops and three-day intensives, but the results never stick because the structure’s not there to hold it all in place.
You buy all the flashy things hoping for that silver bullet that finally solves the problem once and for all.
You wonder why it seems that the other folk who do the same things you’re doing have no problems and you’re starting to feel stuck in the mud and spinning your wheels.
You’ve outgrown flying by the seat of their pants, but you don’t know how to do it differently. So you just keep pushing through, hoping that next week or next month you’ll finally catch up.
What life feels like after Mundane Greatness
You’ve got a rhythm that works. You know where your time is going, you know what your priorities are, and you’re not constantly making decisions in a panic. You’ve let go of the stuff that doesn’t matter, and you’ve doubled down on what does.
You feel more capable, more in control, and more like the kind of leader your business really needs. Your energy isn’t scattered across ten things anymore. You’re moving with focus, and it shows.
You’re finally feeling like what you do matters. That you are making an impact in your life and the lives of others.
The biggest difference? You feel proud of the way you’re running things. Not just relieved that they haven’t collapsed.
What’s included
One email per week, written just for you
One ten-minute weekly check-in, where you send your thoughts, progress, and questions, and I reply personally
Twelve full months of coaching, every single week
Steady, private, honest support that builds over time and never breaks your stride
This isn’t an info dump. It’s a real relationship, built one message at a time.
Who you are:
You’re a service provider, a business owner, a professional who still wears work boots sometimes, even if your license says “Doctor” or “CEO.”
You’re proud of where you come from, you’re not afraid of hard work, and you don’t think being successful means becoming someone different.
You believe in faith, family, and fixing what’s broken. You want to run a better business so you can live a better life: not the other way around.
If you’ve got a good heart, a tired mind, and a stubborn streak that’s still holding out for something better, this is for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a course or a mastermind?
Nope. This is one-on-one coaching, by email, for a full year. No modules, no group calls, no shared spaces. Just you and me, week by week.
Do we ever get on Zoom?
No. This is email-only on purpose. You can write when it works for you, and I’ll reply with full attention. It keeps things calm, clear, and simple.
How much does it cost?
You’ll get the full details after you apply. This isn’t priced like a weekend workshop or a 6-week bootcamp. It’s long-term, personal, and serious—so it’s priced that way.
Is there a contract?
Yes. It’s a 12-month commitment. That’s the only way this works. I’m in it for the long haul, and I’m looking for people who are too.
Is this just for chiropractors?
Not at all. I work with any service-based business owner who’s doing honest work and wants to build something better. If you clean teeth, fix trucks, lead a church, or run a farm, I don’t care. If you want to do better, I’m here.
What kind of results can I expect?
Better systems, clearer thinking, more peace, more profit, and fewer fires to put out. You’ll stop making decisions from stress and start making them from strength. It’s not flashy, but it works.
What questions are you going to ask?
I am all about keeping things simple so the 3 things I am going to ask consistently are:
What did you accomplish last week?
What is the main thing you want to accomplish this week?
Is there anything else you would like me to know?

I hate when I get through the whole page and it doesn’t have any pricing and I know businesses just want to get on a call to sell me their product.
Mundane Greatness is $1164 which comes in at $97/month or pay once at $1067 (1 month included.)
When you fill out the application, I’ll read it myself. If it’s a fit, I’ll reach out and we’ll get started. If it’s not, I’ll tell you that too. No pitch, no pressure, just respect.
One last thing
You’ve read a lot of books, attended a lot of seminars and probably spent a lot of cash on doing these things. You’re committed. But right now maybe you don’t need another book, another guru, or another planner. You need someone who’s been where you are, who speaks your language, who tells you the truth and helps you follow through.
That’s what this is.
You’ve built your life on faith, work, family, and grit.
Let’s make sure your business reflects that.
I’d be honored to help.
